아동·청소년 범죄피해 외상심리치료 과정에서 부모 인식과 태도의 영향에 대한 질적연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 범죄피해 아동·청소년의 외상심리치료 과정에서 부모가 외상을 어떻게 인식하고, 어떠한 태도로자녀를 대하는지가 심리치료 과정에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 전국 스마일센터 심리치료 전문가6인을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 Stake(1995)의 질적 사례 연구 방법으로 분석하였으며, 그 결과 78개의 의미 단위, 이를 포함하는 25개의 하위범주와 최상위 개념인 7개의 주제가도출되었다. 7개 주제 내용으로는 ‘아동·청소년의 외상 경험 및 심리치료의 특성, 외상 경험 아동·청소년심리치료에서의 개입전략, 자녀의 심리치료에 도움이 되는 부모의 인식 및 태도, 자녀의 심리치료에 방해가 되는 부모의 인식 및 태도, 부모의 외상 경험과 외상 회복 여부가 자녀의 심리치료에 미치는 영향, 자녀의 심리치료과정에 영향을 미치는 부모 요인, 부모에게 필요한 지원 및 개입전략’으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 아동·청소년 범죄피해 심리치료에서 외상에 대한 부모의 인식 및 태도가 심리치료에 미치는 영향이 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 부모가 외상 경험을 올바르게 이해하고 자녀의 상황을 공감적으로 수용하는 경우 치료 효과가 극대화되는 반면, 외상에 대한 잘못된 인식이나 비난, 과민 반응, 무관심은 치료과정에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 부모 자신의 외상 극복이 자녀의 안정적 회복에 긍정적으로 기여함을 확인하였다. 향후 아동·청소년 범죄피해 심리치료에 효과적인 개입을 위해서 부모 대상의 적절한 심리교육과 상담이필요하며, 법률적·제도적 지원과 지역사회 자원 연계가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 연구에 대한 의의와 제한점 및 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the impact of how the parents perceive their children’s trauma and their attitudes towards children during the trauma psychological therapy affect the process of trauma psychological therapy.
For this, six psychological therapy experts from nationwide branches of Smile Center were selected as research participants and in-depth interviews were conducted. The collected data were analyzed using Stake's (1995) qualitative case study method, resulting in 78 meaning units, 25 subcategories that include meaning units, and 7 top-level themes. The seven themes identified were: 'Characteristics of trauma experiences of and psychological therapy for children and adolescents, intervention strategies in psychological therapy for traumatized children and adolescents, parents’ perceptions and attitudes that are helpful in children's psychological therapy, parents’ perceptions and attitudes that hinder children's psychological therapy, the impact of parents’ trauma experiences and recovery on children's psychological therapy, factors of parents influencing children's psychological therapy process, and support and intervention strategies needed for parents'.
This research discovered that parents' perception and attitude towards trauma significantly impact psychological therapy for child and adolescent crime victims. If parents appropriately understand trauma experiences and accept their children’s situations with empathy, the effectiveness of therapy is maximized.
Conversely, inappropriate perceptions, blame, hypersensitivity, or indifference negatively affect the therapy process. Furthermore, this study confirmed that parents' own trauma recovery experience positively contributes to their children's stable recovery.
For effective intervention in psychological therapy for child and adolescent crime victims, the study indicates the necessity of appropriate psychological education and counseling for parents, along with legal, institutional support, and community resource connections. Finally, the study presents its significance, limitations, and recommendations.
