초등 고학년이 지각한 교실목표구조, 기본심리 욕구와 도움요청간의 분석 = n Analysis of Classroom Goals, Basic Psychological Needs, and Help Seeking Behavior Perceived by the upper grades of Elementary School Senior

This study attempted to confirm whether the classroom goals and basic psychological needs perceived by the upper grades of elementary school predict the. For this purpose, a total of 210 survey results were analyzed as fifth and sixth graders attending elementary schools in G City. SPSS 23.0 was used for data processing and basic statistical analysis, and Amos 23.0 was used for model analysis.
The results of the study showed that the classroom goals and basic psychological needs of upper elementary school students significantly predict the helping seeking behavior.The classroom mastery goal significantly and positively predicted basic psychological needs. In the case of the path through which the classroom goal leads to the helping seeking behavior, the mastery goal structure was significantly and positively predicted with the instrumental helping seeking behavior.
Looking at the path through which basic psychological needs lead to help-seeking behavior, Need for autonomy and need for relatedness significantly negatively predicted avoidance of asking for help, Competence need significantly and statically predicted instrumental help request.
It is thought that this result can be used as basic data for learning guidance for upper elementary school students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등 고학년이 인식한 교실목표구조와 기본심리 욕구가 도움요청을 예측하는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 G광역시 초등 고학년 210명의 설문결과를 분석하였다. 자료처리와 기초 통계 분석 시 SPSS 23.0을, 구조방정식 모형 분석 시 Amos 23.0을 사용하였다. 그 결과는 초등 고학년 학생의 교실목표구조와 기본심리 욕구가 도움요청을 유의하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 숙달목표구조는 유능성, 관계성 욕구를 유의하게 정적으로 예측하였다. 교실목표구조가 도움요청으로 이르는 경로의 경우에는 숙달목표구조가 도구적 도움요청을 유의하게 정적으로 예측한 반면 실행적 도움요청과 도움요청 회피는 부적으로 예측하였다. 또한 수행접근목표구조는 실행적 도움요청을 정적으로 예측하였다. 기본심리 욕구가 도움요청으로 이르는 경로를 살펴보면, 자율성 욕구와 관계성 욕구는 도움요청 회피를 유의하게 부적으로 예측하였고, 유능성 욕구는 도구적 도움요청을 유의하게 정적으로 예측하였다.
본 결과는 초등 고학년 학습지도의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
