주방 공간에서의 인텔리전트 홈 가전의 네트워크 환경에 관한 연구 = (The) study on network environment of intelligent home kitchen appliances

국문 초록 (Abstract)

사회변화와 과학기술의 발전에 따라 우리가 삶을 영위(營爲)하는 주거공간은 급속도로 변화되고 있다. 이에 따라 우리가 사는 장소, 주거 환경에 대한 공간 특히, 인간의 기본적인 생리적 욕구는 물론 심리적, 사회적 욕구까지 충족시켜 주어야 하는 주방 공간은 주방의 기본적인 형태 외에도 기능성과 거주자 개성이 고려된 공간으로 변화하게 되었다.
말하자면 주방 공간은 단지 주부만의 공간이 아니라 다양한 사용자의 요구를 수용해야하는 공간으로 변화하고 있으며, 작업공간은 인간의 삶의 기본이 된다는 점에서 매우 중요하며, 보다 다양한 사람들의 요구에 부합할 수 있는 디자인 접근이 요구되는 주거 공간 내에서의 중심 역할을 하는 공간이다. 이러한 변화들로 인해 주방 디자인에서는 새로운 패러다임이 요구되었다. 바로 이러한 가치관과 라이프스타일의 변화에 따라 가사노동에 투여되는 시간의 단축 및 자동화 요구가 증대될 것이라고 여겨진다.
이와 같이 환경이 변화하는 현상 중에서 주거공간으로의 네트워크 가전의 유입으로 인한 주거 공간의 변화를 직시하고, 그에 따른 효율적인 주방공간의 방향을 전망하는 목적에서 새로운 형태의 품질과 기능을 갖춘 21세기 주거 형태로서 인텔리전트 주방을 본 논문에서 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 근대적 주방공간의 개념이 어떻게 변화되고 있는가를 고찰하고, 그러한 변화 안에서 새롭게 대두되고 있는 정보화가정에서의 주방공간을 현재 운용되고 있는 정보가전의 적용 사례와 가상시나리오 접근 방법을 통해서 근 미래 주방의 생활에 대해 예측해 보았다. 이러한 연구 내용들을 통해서 본 향후 가정 내 생활에서는 홈 네트워크 구축이 우리의 필수 생활도구로써 활용될 것이며, 주방 공간 역시 다양한 정보와 생활문화가 한곳에 모이는 생활의 중심지로 확대되어 발전할 것이다.

As the society changes and technology develops, the residential spaces we live in are rapidly changing. Following this fact is the change in functions of each living space. Particularly, the kitchen area that should fulfill not only basic physical desires but also psychological and social desires is changed to be a more personalized space with functions besides its fundamental necessities.
In other words, it is changing to accommodate various users, besides the housewives. This operative space is very important considering the fact that it serves the instinctive necessities of human lives and it is expected to play the center role among the living spaces by providing the designs that meet the requirements of more variety of people. Therefore, a new paradigm for kitchen designs is needed. With these changes in perspective and lifestyles, it is expected that people will look for designs that can reduce the time spent for housekeeping and that are automatized. This study focuses on the changes made in the living spaces due to the applications of network appliances and introduces an Intelligent kitchen as a 21-century kitchen model accommodating new forms of quality and function, as a means of providing an example of an efficient kitchen area. Therefore, it studies how the concepts of a kitchen have recently been altered and predicts the life in a near-future kitchen of an informational home by applying currently used informational appliances and approaching through virtually-created scenarios. In the future lifestyles forecasted by this study, home network will be an essential tool and the kitchen area will be expanded as the core space where various information and life cultures gather.
