The distribution channel developed from single channel to multi channel and cross channel, and is now evolving into omni channel. Omni Channel is a strategy to integrate all channels held by businesses and connect services on and off line organically. The diffusion of Internet and mobile use with the development of ICT (Information Communication Technology) has broken the distinction between online and offline stores. A new integrated communication channel system is growing. This study examines at the effect of Omni Channel's value perception on brand loyalty. In particular, we looked at the mediating effect of innovation resistance.
According to the research, three contents of value perception (functional value perception, social value perception, emotional value perception) negatively affected innovation resistance. The resistance to innovation has had a negative impact on brand loyalty. The results of this study suggested that increased value, such as price discounts and events, could reduce innovation resistance. This study is meaningful in that it has identified the effects of innovation resistance.
