Existing Statistical approaches used for the analysis of Vehicle Package Factors are overly weighted toward studies on the Quantitative Analysis about either Characteristics of consumers` behaviors or Sensibility Evaluations. In this study, Differences in characteristics of Human are definitely divided into two aspects (Physical Factors on constraints of movement - `Passively selecting area` and Psychological Factors -`Actively selecting area`) This study is also tried to bring forth evidence for Quantitative Method dissolved Outputs selected into these two aspects into Information Processing System. This approach is very useful for replacing an indefinite ideological view with a definite phenomenon in the extraction and improvement of Factors had an important effect in Sensibility Evaluations ;(the last step of Perception, Cognition and Motion); we will get a good approach to implement for a comprehensive management.
