      This study analyzed the effects of organizational ethical climate on job satisfaction and self-esteem, and also analyzed the mediating effects of ethical leadership on the relation between ethical climate and job satisfaction. First, the organizational caring climate and principle climate had significant effects on job satisfaction and self esteem of members, The ethical leadership had significantly positive effects on job satisfaction and self-esteem. This seems to be an important factor that improves job satisfaction and self esteem of members when an ethical climate is formed in an organization. Second, as the results of analyzing the mediating role of ethical leadership in the relations of ethical climate, job satisfaction, and self esteem, it was found the mediating effect. When the superior shows ethical leadership and the great ethical climate is formed, it has indirect effects on the improvement of job satisfaction and self esteem. Even though the self interest climate had no direct effects on job attitude, it had indirect effects on it through ethical leadership. Finally, based on the results of this study, it would be possible to perform more active execution for improving the perception of ethical climate and ethical leadership in organization and job satisfaction and self esteem of members.
