음악학과 학부생에 대한 온라인 화상 수업의 학습 고착성에 미치는 영향 요인 연구 = A Study on the Mechanism Influencing the Learning Stickiness of Undergraduate Musicology Students in Online Video-based Instruction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구 목적: 본 연구는 음악학과 학부생에 대한 온라인 화상 수업의 학습 점도에 미치는 영향 요인을 연구하고 이를 통해 수업 방식에 대한 약간의 의견을 제시하는 데 있다.
연구 방법: 본 연구는 인지적 가치 이론과 기대일치이론의 용적 가치, 내용적 가치, 사회적 가치, 만족도를 기반으로 음악학과 학부생에 대한 온라인 화상 수업의 학습 고착성에 미치는 영향 메커니즘 모델을 구축하였다.
연구 내용: 본 연구는 458명의 음악학과 학부생을 대상으로 구조적 방정식을 통해 실증 검증을 진행하였다.
결론 및 제언: 음악학과 학부생의 인지적 가치 중 실용적 가치는 학습 점도에 현저한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 실용적 가치와 내용적 가치, 사회적 가치는 만족도에 현저한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 내용적 가치와 사회적 가치는 학습 점성에 현저한 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 만족도는 학습 점도에 현저한 정적 영향을 미쳤다.

This study aims to investigate the mechanism influencing the learning stickiness of undergraduate musicology students in online video-based instruction, to suggest improvements for this teaching method. This study Draws on perceived value theory and expectation confirmation theory, and this study constructs a model of the mechanism influencing the learning stickiness of undergraduate musicology students in online video-based instruction in terms of practical value, content value, social value, and satisfaction. This study uses 458 undergraduate musicology students in online video-based instruction as a sample to carry out the empirical test through the structural equation model. Practical value has a direct and significant positive influence on learning stickiness; practical value, content value, and social value significantly influence learning stickiness. However, content value and social value do not significantly and positively influence learning stickiness, but satisfaction significantly and positively influences learning stickiness.
