간호대학생의 인터넷 건강정보 추구행위와 건강행동 관계에서 e-헬스 리터러시의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호대학생의 인터넷 건강정보 추구행위와 e-헬스 리터러시, 건강행동 간의 관계를 규명하고, 인터넷 건강정보 추구행위와 건강행동 관계에서 e-헬스 리터러시의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2023년 2월 5일부터 16일까지 S시와 K도, C도에 소재한 대학의 간호대학생 187명을 대상으로 수행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 기술통계와 t-test, ANOVA, three-step mediated regression으로 분석하였고, 매개효과의 유의성을 확인하기 위해 Sobel test를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 건강행동은 인터넷 건강정보 추구행위와 양의 상관관계, e-헬스 리터러시와도 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 간호대학생의 인터넷 건강정보 추구행위와 건강행동의 관계에서 e-헬스 리터러시는 완전 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 건강행동을 위해 e-헬스 리터러시 강화를 기반으로 한 다양한 교육 및 중재 프로그램의 개발이 요구된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is a descriptive survey research aimed at examining the relationship between internet health information seeking behavior, e-health literacy, and health behavior among nursing college students, and verifying the mediating effect of e-health literacy on the relationship between internet health information seeking behavior and health behavior. Data were collected from 187 nursing college students at universities located in S city, K province, and C province from February 5 to 16, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS, including descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and three-step mediated regression, and Sobel test was used to confirm the significance of the mediating effect. The results showed a positive correlation between health behavior and internet health information seeking behavior, and e-health literacy. In the relationship between internet health information seeking behavior and health behavior, e-health literacy was found to have a complete mediating effect. Therefore, various education and intervention programs based on strengthening e-health literacy may be needed to promote health behaviors among nursing college students.
