This study explores the mediating effect of distributive justice between relative deprivation of salary·welfare and turnover intention. In particular, as the multi-generational management has become an important issue, this study examines the mediating effect by dividing generations, the MZ and older generation. The results show that relative deprivation of salary·welfare increases turnover intention. Second, distributive justice reduces turnover intention. Third, distributive justice shows a full mediating role in the MZ generation, whereas it shows a partial mediating role in the old generation. The implications of these findings are thoroughly discussed.
