우리나라 NGO의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 = A Study of Ways to Encourage the Local NGO's

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

So far the marker and state have been the main factors determining our quality of life, which see their limitations with the advent of NGO's. These days NGO's are performing a lot of important functions of the society and their role is ever expanding. Yet local NGO's are facing difficulties because they are younger in terms of history, less roganized and financed than those of the Western society. And the public as well as the government do not show enough interest and do not realize NGO's weight, either. Also lack of theoretical work on NGO's makes them less specialized in both organization and role.
This research is aimed at giving a theoretical look on NGO's and presenting guidelines and assignment to local NGO's. Accordingly, topics will be discussed in following order:systematization for fund raising, specialization for effective operation, construction of NGO network, activation of NGO's, improvement of roganization democracy and autonomy, t;ransparency and morality of NGO's, member expansion and expert recruitment, and finally construction of international bondage with NGO's overseas.
