With regard to the use of such resources to perform smart work, the public officials perceived that the introduction of video conferencing has a positive effect on the organization s financial performance, continuous growth in performance, and quality improvement in performance. Furthermore, a mobile e-payment system was perceived to have a positive effect on the quality improvement in organizational performance. (Research implications or Originality) This study has implications regarding the important role of digital transformation as a policy tool for improving organizational performance.
