Bronchocentric granulomatosis is a uncommon inflammatory lesion of unknown etiology defined on morphologic grounds by necrotizing granulomous replacement of mucous membrane of bronchi and bronchioles. A 68 year-old female was admitted due to epigastric pain, mild dyspnea and weight loss for 6 months. Chest X-ray and CT scan showed 4×3㎝ sized irregular tumor mass on left lung field. Open lung biopsy was done under the impression of lung cancer which revealed bronchocentric granulomatosis with the surrounding inflammatory cell infiltration. There were no history of allergy, asthma or parasitic infection.
