      This study aims to examine the relationship between dynamic digital capabilities (i.e., digitalization capability and digital platform capability) and business ecosystem innovation in the situation where digitalization is rapidly changing the business environment. In addition, the effectiveness of Korean New Deal policy being pursued by the Korean government to overcome the economic recession and job crisis caused by COVID-19 and strengthen the economic dynamism was also examined. In order to verify the hypothesis, this study conducted a survey of companies in Chungcheong Province that have benefited from government support related to the New Deal, and conducted an empirical analysis using the PLS structural equation using 158 data obtained. Results show that digitalization capability and digital platform capability have significant impacts on the business ecosystem innovation. Meanwhile, the moderating effects of the New Deal were not significant. Looking at the impact of Korean New Deal policy between digitalization capabilities and digital platform capabilities or business ecosystem innovation, Korean New Deal policy was found to be a prerequisite for business ecosystem innovation. Based on these discussions, this study provides a overall understanding of how dynamic digital capabilities can effect business ecosystem innovation. Finally, in response to the changing business environment, this study not only achieves business ecosystem innovation based on dynamic digital capabilities, but also provides strategic implications for creating competitive advantage.

      본 연구는 디지털화가 비즈니스 환경을 급속하게 변화시키고 있는 상황에서, 기업의 동태적 디지털 역량(즉, 디지털화 역량과 디지털 플랫폼 역량)과 비즈니스 생태계의 지속가능한 혁신 사...

      본 연구는 디지털화가 비즈니스 환경을 급속하게 변화시키고 있는 상황에서, 기업의 동태적 디지털 역량(즉, 디지털화 역량과 디지털 플랫폼 역량)과 비즈니스 생태계의 지속가능한 혁신 사이의 관계를 고찰하고자 하였다. 또한, 코로나19로 인한 경기침체와 일자리 위기를 극복하고 경제의 역동성을 강화하기 위해 최근 한국 정부가 추진하고 있는 뉴딜정책의 효과성도 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 가설 검증을 위해 뉴딜정책과 관련된 정부지원 혜택을 받은 경험이 있는 충청지역 소재 기업 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하고, 수집된 158부의 데이터를 기반으로 PLS 구조방정식을 활용해 실증분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 동태적 디지털 역량이 비즈니스 생태계의 혁신에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 사실을 발견하였다. 한편, 뉴딜정책의 조절효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 본 연구는 동태적 디지털 역량이 비즈니스 생태계 혁신에 어떻게 영향을 미칠 수 있는지에 대한 종합적 이해를 탐색하고자 하였다. 끝으로 변화하는 비즈니스 환경에 대응하여, 동태적 디지털 역량을 기반으로 비즈니스 생태계 혁신의 달성뿐만 아니라 경쟁우위 창출에도 의미 있는 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.
