자기보고식 사이코패시성격 종합평가 도구(CAPP-SR) 타당화 연구: 평정척도모형을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 Messick의 관점에서 CAPP 모델 기반의 자기보고식 사이코패시성격종합평가(CAPP-SR)의 타당도를 파악하고, 단축판 CAPP-SR을 개발할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 탐색하는 데에 있다. CAPP-SR은 CAPP 모델에 기반을 두어 33개 증상, 6개 요인으로 이루어진 자기보고식 평가 도구(99문항)이다. 이를 위해 전국 11개 교도소에 수용중인 311명의 재소자를 중심으로 모집이 이루어졌다. CAPP-SR의 구조 측면에서의 타당도, 실제 측면에서의 타당도, 내용 측면에서의 타당도를 확인한 결과 CAPP-SR의 6개 하위요인 모두 일차원성을 띄고 있어 평정척도모형을 활용한 분석에 적합한 자료임이 나타났고, 기존 4점 척도보다는 단계조정값의 차이가 적었던 3점과 4점을 병합한 3점 척도가 더 적합함이 나타났다.
문항 적합도 지수를 보아 적절하다고 판단된 문항은 애착 영역 5문항, 행동 영역 6문항, 인지 영역 3문항, 지배성 영역 5문항, 정서 영역에서 7문항, 자기 영역에서 14개로 총 40개였다. 본 연구는 CAPP-SR의 99개 문항 중 한국 재소자에게 적합한 문항이 무엇인지를 파악하였고, 추후 CAPP-SR의 단축판을 구성할 때에 유용한 정보를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore the suitable items for Korean inmates in the Comprehensive Assessment of Psychopathic Personality-Self-Report(CAPP-SR) using the rating scale model(RSM), and provide information for a short version of CAPP-SR. CAPP-SR is a self-reporting assessment composed of 99 itemss with 33 symptoms and six factors based on the CAPP model. To achieve this study’s purpose, 311 inmates were recruited at 11 prisons nationwide. Analysis of CAPP-SR using the RSM showed that a three-point scale was more suitable than a original four-point scale. After the analysis, 5 items for attachment domain, 6 items for behavior, 3 items for dominance, 7 items for emotion, and 14 items for self domain were selected for a short version of CAPP-SR. This study identified which of the 99 items were suitable for Korean inmates, and it is meaningful that it proved useful information when constructing a short version of CAPP-SR in the future.
