信用카드 去來의 抗辯에 관한 硏究 = A Study on the Protest of Credit Card Tranctions

This thesis is aimed studying the protest of creditcard syystem. Many people need creditcards in every country. Creditcard is very convenient system. But the process of creditcard tranctions occurred legal protests. So I study on these problems.
This paper is composed of five chapters.
Chapter Ⅰ , as prologue, I Mention the purpose, the way and the rang of study about this thesis.
Chapter Ⅱ, I mention briefly the legal charters and significance of creditcard.
Chapter Ⅲ, I mention the theory of creditcard tranction. For instance, letter of credit theory, assignment theory, factoring of accounts receivable theory, ext.
Chapter Ⅳ, I mention the protest of a detor. The protest of card drawer is against participant and the protest of card members is against card drawers.
Chapter Ⅴ, Ⅵ, I mention the prolem of the protest in korea and reach a conclusion. because there is the necessityy to protect the credit card debtor.
