      In the media converging era, Public interest in broadcasting emphasizes the rational pricing in the subscription fees. Appling the Essential Facilities Doctrine to the broadcasting contents will control the rise of the subscription fees. Therefore, through the Essential Facilities Doctrine, Public interest in broadcasting can be realized.
      Because the Internet Multimedia Broadcasting Industry Act has no concrete standard for the pricing of the broadcasting contents, many conflicts happen among the media carriers and the program providers. To prevent further troubles, this paper proposes the revision of the Internet Multimedia Broadcasting Industry Act.
