Transportation business of corporate taxi was once booming and getting quantitative growth in phenomenon of city centralization and wide area in the process of economic development and industrialization. However, difficulty of management was faced with speed fall caused by traffic jam in city and rise of oil price in every year. Cheap fare and convenience was supplied by deepen of turnover rate caused by poor working condition of employees, decrease of an operation in taxi company, extended enforcement of bus-only lane, and transfer of traffic system, and demand of taxi use is decreasing because of diversification of alternative transportation such as bus, subway, railroad, chauffeur service, Uber taxi and so on.
Current market system of taxi transportation business was weakened by imbalance of oversupply as productivity and economic power. As a way of growing autonomy, exact diagnosis is needed about the problem which current corporate taxi transportation business is faced.
