대학생의 진로구성 및 자기구성 경험 : 포스트코로나 시대 구성주의 진로상담 사례 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명을 가속화시킨 포스트코로나 사회 및 문화 맥락에서 우리나라 대학생이 경험하는 진로 과정 가운데, 구성주의 패러다임을 적용한 진로 상담을 통해 경험한 진로구성 및 자기구성의 의미와 본질이 무엇인지 연구하고 진로상담 이론에 현실적인 제언을 하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 일정한 준거를 만족하는 대상을 선정하여, 단일 사례 연구로 진행하였고, 진로상담 및 비구조화 심층면담을 통해 얻어진 자료를 토대로 자료 조직, 의미 단위 추출, 주요 주제로 도출하는 분석 및 해석을 하였다. 그 결과 총 152 개의 의미 단위를 추출하였고, 60 개의 하위 주제가 도출되었으며, 9개의 본질적 주제는 상실, 후회스러운 진로과정, 실촌에 관한 질문, 결핍과 이상, 새로운 세계 앞에서 갈등, 다양한 나를 발견, 새로운 시도, 기적과 같은 일이 일어남, 나를 바탕으로 소명을 구성함으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 구성주의 진로상담은 자신의 내러티브를 바탕으로 자기 개념을 이해하고 동시에 발전시킬 수 있는 자기구성 과정을 제공하며, 급변하고 불안정한 시대적 상황에서 안정적인 정체성을 토대로 보다 적응적이고 능동적인 진로구성의 가능성을 보여주어, 실질적인 진로상담 모델이 될 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 덧붙여 삶의 과정인 진로가 실촌의 질문을 담고 있다는 점에서, 구성주의 진로상담이 초점을 두어야 할 것으로 경험이 충분히 구술되어 자기구성 및 진로구성에 통합될 수 있는 상호연결이 중요하다고 기술하였다. 이어 본 연구와 관련된 몇 가지 시사점, 제한점, 향후 연구 방향 등에 관하여 제시하였다.

In the context of the post-covid world accelerating the 4th industrial revolution, the purpose of this study is to identify self-construction and career-construction experience of the university student in counseling applied theory of career construction and to suggest practice for the theoretical framework. With the criteria for case selection, a single case study is performed and the thematic analysis is conducted by the following process: collecting data by career counseling and unstructured interview, generating themes, identifying themes, and rewriting with interpretative perspectives. As a result, 152 meaning units and 60 sub-themes are derived and 9 essential themes are as follows: the loss , regretted career-construction , questions in existence , deficiency and idealization , conflicts in the new world , the diversity of myself , new challenge , miracle, wonderful thing happened , calling-construction based on self Counseling for career-construction is based on narrative structure provides self-construction process to understand and to develop self-concept, and shows that it can be a more active and adaptive model with a balanced self in a fast-changing world. Additionally career as a whole-life with the question of existence, it is important that counseling for career-construction be focused on personal narrative in cooperative relations that integrates experiences with self-construction and career-construction. And it ends with research implications, limitations, and future research directions.
