영문 ; 한국 기업의 멕시코 현지 경영전략에 관한 연구 -정치적 환경을 중심으로- = English ; A Study on the Local Management Strategy of Korean Firms in Mexico -Focused on the Factors of Political Environment-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 멕시코 현지에 진출하여 직접 경영활동을 수행하고 있는 한국기업들이 직면하고 있는 정치적 환경요인이 무엇인가를 규명하고 이에 어떠한 대응책을 마련하여 경영활동을 전개하고 있는 가를 밝히기 위한 것이라 할 수 있다. 기업의 경영활동에 영향을 미치는 일반 환경요인과 산업 환경요인 중에서 일반 환경요인으로 연구의 대상을 제한하였는데 그 이유는 기업이 오히려 일반 환경에 대한 분석을 체계적으로 실행하고 있지 않다는 지적이 있기 때문이다. 그리고 일반 환경요인 중에서 정치적 환경요인만을 분석에 대상에서 포함시켰는데 기업의 현지경영활동에 가장 직접적이고 가시적인 영향력을 행사하기 때문이다. 분석 절차로는 선행연구를 통해 문헌분석을 실행하고 이를 토대로 연구가설을 설립한 후 이를 검증하기 위한 실증분석을 실시한다. SPSS 12.0 for windows를 이용하여 기초통계로서 상관분석을 선행하며 신뢰성, 타당성 분석 후 다중회귀분석을 실행하기로 한다. 그리고 마지막 단계로 경로분석을 실행하는데 사용 통계 프로그램은 AMOS 7.0 for windows 이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study tries to analyze what the most significant factors are in Mexico, where the Korean investing firms have to overcome and adapt to various difficulties, especially in terms of political environment. This main purpose of this research is to test empirically some relations of between the managing strategy of Korean firms and the environment factors of politics in Mexico while this is conducted in two stages. First, the research model is designed by reviewing relevant theories, previous studies, and the current investment conditions in local Mexico. Second, the survey of Korean firms engaged in investment activities in there is done by collecting questionnaires from them. with this survey, the strategic method of multiple regression is used to testing some hypotheses. Explaining the analyzing methods, SPSS 12.0 for windows is being used for Correlation, Reliability, Validity and Multi regression and Finally the Path analysis is implemented by AMOS 7.0 for windows.
