통합 IT 관리 모델 구축에 관한 연구: K사 사례 중심으로 = A Study on Implementing Integrated IT Management Model: A Case Study of K Company

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 기업들의 IT Management 이슈에 대한 해결 방안으로 IT Governance, ITSM(IT Service Management), EA(Enterprise Architecture) 등이 회자되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 모델들은 유사한 개념으로 인해 기업들을 혼란스럽게 만들고, 어떻게 접근하는 것이 바람직한 것인지 명확하게 제시하지 못하고 있다. K사는 IT Management 이슈에 대한 해결 대안으로 통합 IT 관리 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 통합 IT 관리 모델은 K사 고유의 IT관리 체계 개념을 정의하고, 선진 IT 관리 모델 및 국내 구축 사례를 분석하여 시사점 도출하여 IT 관리의 방향성(내부, 외부, 수평적, 수직적)을 정립하고 이를 바탕으로 IT 관리 구조와 구성항목 간의 관계를 정의하여 수립되었다. K사 통합 IT 관리 모델의 특징은 IT Governance/COBIT(Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology)관점, ITSM/ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library)관점, EA/공공부문 전사적 아키텍처 프레임워크 관점에서 상호연계성을 갖고 기업 현장의 IT 관리에 대한 대부분을 커버토록 구성 되었다. 특히 동 모델은 상대적으로 IT 관리가 소홀한 중견기업을 비롯한 공공기관의 IT에 포괄적인 지원이 가능한 대안이 될 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the method to resolve IT Management issues of corporations, IT Governance, ITSM(IT Service Management) and EA(Enterprise Architecture) are discussed recently. But these similar concepts make confuse and don`t provide clearly how to approach. K company suggests integrated IT Management Model as resolution of these issues. Integrated IT Management Model is made through establishing K company`s own conceptual definition of IT Management, defining the directions (internal, external, horizontal and vertical) of IT Management founded in the implications of global IT Management Models and real implementation cases, and defining the IT Management structure and the relations between the components of IT Management structure. The features of this model are to have the interrelation between the view points of IT Governance/COBIT(Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology), ITSM/ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) and EA/Public EA Framework and to cover comprehensively the most of real IT Management. Especially this model can be the alternative to the medium companies or public corporations relatively careless in IT Management.
