It is very important to measure pressure and discharge in the field of engineering or technology of the science because the flow of pipe line furnished in industrial field is mostly unsteady flow. Thus, this paper is to analyze the pressure wave of pulsating flow for stable operation and power transmission of hydraulic apparatus experimentally and theoretically. The velocity and pressure of average area is appeared as the function of angular velocity due to increase of axial distance in pipe line. Phase angle is not varied in low frequency region, but phase difference is as the frequency increases. Also, the variation of phase angle is greatly appeared as the frequency increases the wave length shortens, and kinetic energy increases. Thus, energy and mass transfer increase.
