      The magnetic property of Fe—Ni film(4000^) was systematically investigated while Fe-Ni thin
      film was produced by the method of electrodeposition with changing Fe-Ni composition in the
      electrolyte solution.
      In case of the reversible Fe-Ni alloy, which is 40—100% Fe-Ni alloy, the amount of Fe in the
      Fe-Ni film was in proportion to the amount of FeSC)47H2O in the Ni electrolyte solution(NiSOaH2O
      300g/l) when 0—40g/l of FeS()47H2() Was added in the Ni electrolyte solution.
      In case of the irreversible Fe-Ni alloy, which is 0—40% Fe-Ni alloy, the amount of Fe in the Fe-
      ,Ni film Was not in proportion to the amount of FeSO4
      .7H2O in the Ni electrolyte solution(NiS047H20
