實業敎育으로서 商業敎育의 發展方案에 관한 硏究 = A study on the improvement of business education as the vocational training education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Business education in korea has been developed and expanded in quality and quantity until the middle of the 1970's. But it has been depressed since the beginning of the 1980's.
In the meantime, present business education has caused trouble problems in the development of vocational training education.
They are as follow: (1) reduction of a commercial high school and lowering in students' scholarship, (2) being demoralized by teachers (3) unpreparedness of educational facilities (4) shortage of financial investments (5) a problem of a curriculum (6) a question of e ducational administration.
The solution of these problems are that all the authorities concerned with business education for example the Ministry of Education, the local board of education, college, commercial high school, linked closely each other for aiming at the same target of raising useful people in the industrial society.
The improvenment of business education in korea can be summarired as follow,
First, by the making the ideology of business education clear, the sequence of subject, target, should be maintained.
Second, the career education should be strengthened.
Third, the operation of a curriculum should be rationalized.
Fourth, the educational industrial complex between industry and school should be activated. For this cooperation system, the council provisions of industry and school should be equiped by an institution.
Fifth, an present educational system should be improved for the development of business education.
