韓國語 語源硏究 : ㄹ계 接尾辭를 中心으로 = An Etymological Study On the "ㄹ" Family Suffix In Korean

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

1. Separating suffix is an important part not only in the reconstruction of parent-language but also in the study of etymology in Korean language. By way of deriving the "ㄹ" family suffix, this research attempts to investigate the reconstruction of the parent-language and the study of etymology.
2. The Vm suffix and the Vr suffix affixed to nouns stretched meno-syllabled word into two-syllabled word which presents better auditory impression and the sense of balance. On the other hand, the "ㄹ" family suffix has the function of lexical decomposition.
3. The "ㄹ" at the last syllable in the two-syllabled noun, except in comples-nouns, turned out to be the suffix.
4. The closed-syllabled word in Korean parent-language is more and more becoming the open-syllabled word.
