      The purpose of this study was investigate to the effect of anaerobic exercise on V·O2max level, muscle fatique(CPK, LDH) and imflammatory makers(IL-6, CRP, TNF-α). The subject of this study were 28 people(4 groups; control, Wrestling, Taekwondo, and...

      The purpose of this study was investigate to the effect of anaerobic exercise on V·O2max level, muscle fatique(CPK, LDH) and imflammatory makers(IL-6, CRP, TNF-α). The subject of this study were 28 people(4 groups; control, Wrestling, Taekwondo, and Judo athletes group). The data from this study were analyzed using One-way ANOVA and Repeated measures ANOVA. The following conclusions were obtained by comparing and analyzing the measurement value pre, post, and recovery of anaerobic exercise according to the combat training. First, the groups with combat training showed the higher enhancement than the control group(p<.001). Second, in the change of muscle fatigue and imflammatory makers, combat training groups were decreased recovery time more than control group(p<.001), Therefore, this study suggested that the makers of muscle fatique and imflammation could be enhanced by combat training.
