데이터 웨어하우징의 품질과 효과 : 교회경영 관점 = A Study on The Quality and Effect of Data Warehousing : Church Management Perspective

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정보시스템 구현에 관한 연구들은 많으나, 데이터 웨어하우스의 성공에 관한 실증연구는 많지 않다. 본 연구는 데이터 웨어하우스의 품질과 효과에 관한 요인들을 다루었으며, 데이터 웨어하우스 관련 분야에서 종사하고 있는 112명을 대상으로 실증분석하였다.
분석 결과를 보면 조직적 측면과 프로젝트 측면에서의 구현성공은 데이터품질과 시스템품질에 영향을 미쳤으나, 기술적 측면에서의 구현성공은 유의한 영향을 가지지 못했다. 또한 데이터품질과 시스템품질은 데이터웨어하우스의 지각된 효과에 둘다 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과가 가져다 주는 시사점들을 정리하였으며, 또한 교회 경영적 관점에서의 의미도 덧붙였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The empirical studies on the implementation of data warehousing systems (DWS) are lacking while there exist a number of studies on the implementation of IS. This study intends to examine the factors affecting the effect of DWS in church management. The study adopts the empirical analysis of the sample of 112 responses from DWS practitioners. The study results suggest several implications for researchers and practitioners.
The implementation success of DWS in organizational and project aspects increases the data quality and system quality of DWS while the implementation success of DWS in technical aspects does not affect the data quality and system quality of DWS. The data and systems quality increases the effective processing of individual tasks, and reduces the decision making times and efforts enhancing the perceived benefits of DWS.
