진로결정자기효능감이 창업의도에 미치는 영향 - 기업가정신의 매개효과 및 창업교육유형의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로 - = The Effect of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Intent - focusing on the Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurship and the Moderated Mediation Effect of Types of Entrepreneurship Education -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

[연구목적] 본 연구에서는 창업이 청년들이 수립할 수 있는 또 다른 진로의 대안으로 받아들여지는 상황에서진로결정자기효능감이 창업의도에 미치는 영향 그리고 이들 관계에서 기업가정신의 매개효과를 파악하고자하였다. 또한 창업교육의 효과는 다수의 연구에서 검증되었지만 대부분 교육만족도, 교육시행 전과 후를 비교한 연구가 다수인 상황에서 본 연구에서는 창업교육 유형의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다.
[연구방법] 본 연구에서는 경기도에 위치한 모 대학 학생 중 지식과 기법 중심의 창업교육과 자기개념, 기업가적 동기 등 기업가적 역량 개발 중심의 창업교육에 참여한 학생 124명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문을 시행하여 연구를 진행하였다. 그 후 SPSS 프로그램을 활용하여 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고Process Macro 4번을 통한 매개효과 분석, 14번을 활용하여 조절된 매개효과를 분석하였다.
[연구결과] 진로결정자기효능감은 기업가정신과 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 기업가정신은 진로결정자기효능감과 창업의도와의 관계를 매개하는 것을 나타났다. 또한 진로결정자기효능감과 창업의도와의 관계에서 기업가정신은 매개효과를 보였고 창업교육유형은 조절된 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타난 가운데 지식과 기법 중심의 창업교육이 기업가적 역량개발 중심의 창업교육보다 창업의도를 더 크게 함양하게 하는 것으로 나타났다.
[시사점] 본 연구는 창업이 소수의 특수한 환경과 교육을 받은 사람만이 시행하는 것이 아니라 다양한 진로선택의 일환으로 수행될 수 있다는 상황에서 진로결정자기효능감이 기업가정신과 창업의도에 미치는 영향을고찰했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 창업교육 중 지식과 기법 중심의 창업교육과 자기개념, 동기와 같은 기업가적 창업교육의 효과성에 차이가 있다는 점을 발견했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Purpose] In an environment where entrepreneurship is accepted as an alternative career path for young adults, this study aimed to identify the effects of career decision making self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention and the mediating effect of entrepreneurship on this relationship. In addition, the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education has been verified in many studies, but most of the studies compared educational satisfaction, pre- and post-implementation, and this study verified the moderated mediating effect of competency-based entrepreneurship education type.
[Methods] In this study, 124 students who participated in entrepreneurship education focused on knowledge and techniques and entrepreneurial competency development education focused on self-concept and entrepreneurial motivation among students at a major university in Gyeonggi-do, Korea, attended research survey. After that, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS program, and mediation effect analysis was conducted using Process Macro 4, and the moderated mediation effect was analyzed using Process Macro 14.
[Findings] Career decision making self-efficacy had a positive effect on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurship mediated the relationship between career decision self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. In addition, entrepreneurship had a mediating effect on the relationship between career decision making self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, while entrepreneurship education type had a moderating effect, indicating that knowledge and technique-oriented entrepreneurship education fostered entrepreneurial intention to a greater extent than entrepreneurial competency development-oriented entrepreneurship education.
[Implications] This study is significant in that it examines the influence of career decision making self-efficacy on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention in a context where entrepreneurship can be practiced as part of a variety of career choices, not just by a few people with specialized circumstances and education. In addition, this study is significant in that it found that there is a difference in the effectiveness of entrepreneurial entrepreneurship education, such as self-concept and motivation, compared to entrepreneurship education focused on knowledge and skills.
