정서,행동장애 위험 학생을 위한 학교기반 멘토링 프로그램에 관한 문헌 연구 = A Review of the Literature on School-based Mentoring Program for Students at Risk for Emotional and Behavioral Disorders

국문 초록 (Abstract)

학교기반의 멘토링 프로그램은 정서 및 행동상의 위험 요소를 가진 아동과 청소년을 위한 예방 및 중재 전략으로 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2000년부터 2011년까지 출판된 학교기반 멘토링 연구 중 정서·행동장애 위험 학생을 대상으로 실시된 연구를 분석하였다. 선정기준과 제외기준에 따라 총 11편의 분석 대상 논문이 선정되었으며, 이 논문들을 (ㄱ) 연구의 목적과 설계, (ㄴ) 멘티의 특성과 선별 과정, (ㄷ) 멘토의 특성과 선정과정, (ㄹ) 멘토링 프로그램의 운영, (ㅁ) 멘토 관리 및 멘토 인센티브, (ㅂ) 멘토링의 효과 측면에서 분석하였다. 마지막으로 분석 결과가 정서·행동장애 위험 학생을 위한 학교기반 멘토링 프로그램의 실행에 주는 시사점을 논의하였다.

School-based mentoring programs get attention as a prevention strategy for students at risk for emotional and behavioral disorders. The purpose of this study is to analyze experimental studies on school-based mentoring programs for children and adolescents at risk for emotional and behavioral disorders. A total of 11 articles published in peer-reviewed journals between 2000 and 2011 were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The analyses were conducted in terms of the purpose of the study, research design, mentee characteristics and screening process, mentor characteristics and selection, management of the program, mentor monitoring and incentives, and program outcomes. Finally, implications of the results for subsequent school-based mentoring programs for this population were discussed.
