비영리조직의 자원봉사 홍보 방법론 = Public Relations Strategy for Non-Profit Organization's Volunteerism

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 비영리 조직 경영에서 필수적인 자원봉사에 대한 홍보 전략 및 방법을 살피는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 자원봉사에 대한 미디어 보도가 어떻게 프레이밍 되는 지를 15가지로 살펴보았으며, 자원봉사 홍보에는 메시지의 다양성과 비주도성, 타이밍 설정의 전향성, 타깃 공중의 포괄성, 매스미디어 중심의 매체활용 등의 특징이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 비영리 조직의 홍보 전략과 방법을 제안하고 토론하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore the public relations strategy and methods of volunteerism which is essential in the non-for-profit organization management. This study examined media coverage on volunteerism with 15 frames, so it is described that its characteristics are diversity and non-initiative of message, proactivity of timing, extensivity of target, mass media-focused orientation. And public relations strategy for non-for-profit organization's volunteerism is proposed and discussed.
