자연과학편 : 여자(女子) 대학생(大學生)의 심폐기능(心肺機能) 적성(適性)에 관(關)한 비교연구(比較硏究) - 체중당(體重當) 최대산소섭취량(最大酸素攝取量)과 체지방률(體脂肪率)을 중심(中心)으로 - = A Comparative of Women Students' Cardiorespiratory Fitness - Focussed on Vo₂ max & Fat -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

근래에 우리나라에서는 急激한 生活環境의 變化로 인하여 學生生活에서도 身體活動量이 不足되기 쉽기 때문에 低體力者나 肥滿者의 增加가 憂慮되고 있다. 이러한 傾向이 어느 정도 될것인가를 알기 위하여 曉星女子大學校 商業敎育學科 學生 51名, 體育舞踊敎育學科 學生 104名을 對象으로 體力의 指標로서 Vo₂max를 肥滿의 指標로서 %Fat를 測定하고 文獻을 通하여 얻은 아시아 地域의 女子集團과 比較, 分折하였으며 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다.1. Vo₂max의 平均値는 商業敎育學科 學生이 34.0±4.1 ml/kg/min, 體育舞踊敎育學科 學生이 37.5±6.7 ml/kg/min로서 兩集團 共히 平均植로서는 適切한 水準에 있다고 생각된다.2. Vo₂max를 個人別로 살펴본다면 商業敎育科 學生에 5名(9.8%), 體育舞踊敎育學科 學生에 8名(7.6%), 程度의 不適正하다고 생각되는 者가 있다.3. %Fat의 平均植는 商業敎育學科 學生이 19.4±2.3%, 體育舞踊敎育學科 學生이 17.3±2.2%로서, 對照群과 比較한다면 상당히 낮은 水準에 있다.4. %Fat를 個人別로 살펴보아도 肥滿이라고 判定할 수 있는 者는 볼 수 없고, 오히려 體脂防 滅少傾向인 者를 볼 수·있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Women Students’ cardiorespiratory fitness was investigated with 51 women students in the Department of Business Education in Hyosung Women’s University, and 104 in the Department of Physical Education and Dance in the same University as the above. Vo₂max was used as me- asurment of Physical fitness, and %Fat of obesity. The results gained are following:(1). The average value of Vo₂max in the Department of Business Education was 34.0±4.1 ml/kg/ min, and that in the Department of Physical Education and Dance was 37.5±6.1 ml/kg/min. The average value of both groups maintained desirable indices.(2). The members who-are below the average value of Vo₂max were 5 persons(9.8%) and 8(7.6%) in the former and latter department respectively.(3). The average value of %Fat are 19.4%±2.3% 17.3±2.2% in both the departments respectively. These value are far below the average level of Asian group.(4). There was no one who could be considered as fat in the University. Rather those who are far below the average level of fat were found.
