북한선교를 위한 마중물 북한이탈주민의 선교적 관점에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

북한 사회에 대한 이해가 높고, 북한 주민들과 문화적, 언어적 공감대를 형성할 수 있는 북한이탈주민들은 북한선교에 있어 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 본 연구자는 이 러한 관점에서 북한선교를 위한 마중물이라 할 수 있는 북한이탈주민에 대한 선교적 관점을 심층적으로 연구하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 북한선교를 위해 북한이탈주민은 여러 측면에서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 북한이탈주민은 북한 사회에 대한 이해와 공감 대를 바탕으로 북한 주민들에게 효과적으로 복음을 전할 수 있는 마중물의 역할을 할 수 있다. 또한, 한국 사회에 먼저 정착한 북한이탈주민들은 그들이 겪는 어려움을 위 로하고 신앙 안에서 새로운 공동체를 형성하도록 돕는 통합의 역할도 수행한다. 더 나아가, 북한이탈주민들은 평화통일 시대에 북한 사회를 이해하고 복음을 전할 수 있 는 미래 지도자를 양성하는 중요한 토대가 된다. 자유를 위해 이 땅에 온 북한이탈주 민들을 어떻게 선교해야 하는가는 무엇보다 중요하며, 그들을 새로운 선교적 관점에 서 정리하고 이해해야 한다. 북한이탈주민 선교는 한국교회가 인내를 가지고 함께 협 력해야 할 사역이다. 그들을 이해하려고 한국교회는 선교적 관점을 통하여 신뢰를 구 축하고, 그들에 대한 마음의 벽을 무너뜨려야 한다. 이제 그들은 한국 사회와 한국교 회에 공동체 일원으로서 정착과 함께 문화 적응에 힘써야 하기에, 우리 또한 그들을 이해하는 데 서로가 많은 도움이 필요할 것으로 본다. 이러한 선교사역에 한국교회는 북한이탈주민들이 한국문화에 적응하지 못하는 원인을 연구해야 하며, 그들을 통해 북한에도 하나님의 복음을 전해야 할 것이다. 이에 따라서, 북한의 개혁과 개방 이후, 북한으로 들어가 교두보의 역할을 할 수 있는 하나님의 군사들로 평화통일의 한민족 에게 매우 소중한 자산이라고 할 수 있는 북한선교의 마중물인 북한이탈주민을 고찰 하는 것은 매우 중요한 것이다. 더 나아가서, 한국에서 북한선교를 위한 마중물로 북 한이탈주민의 선교적 관점을 다음과 같이 정리해 보았다. 첫째는, 타문화 선교로 접근 해야 할 북한이탈주민의 선교적 관점이다. 둘째는, 디아스포라로 인식해야 할 북한이 탈주민의 선교적 관점이다. 이러한 북한이탈주민 선교적 관점을 제시함은 앞으로 북 한선교를 위한 선교적 방안이기도 하기에 하나님이 한국에 보내주신 북한이탈주민들 을 선교하며, 그들을 통해 한국교회가 북한선교를 해야 할 것이다. 이러한 연구는 북 한선교의 새로운 지평을 열고, 보다 효과적이고 실제적인 선교 전략을 수립하는 데 중요한 기여가 될 수 있을 것으로 소망해 본다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

North Korean defectors who have a high understanding of North Korean society and can form cultural and linguistic consensus with North Koreans can play an important role in North Korean missionary work. From this point of view, this researcher aimed to study in-depth the missionary perspective of North Korean defectors, which can be said to be the pick-up water for North Korean missionary work. For North Korean missionary work, North Korean defectors have important meanings in many aspects. North Korean defectors can play a role of pick-up water that can effectively deliver the gospel to North Koreans based on understanding and consensus on North Korean society. In addition, North Korean defectors who settled first in Korean society play a role of unity to comfort their difficulties and help them form a new community within their faith. Furthermore, North Korean defectors become an important foundation for fostering future leaders who can understand North Korean society and preach the gospel in the era of peaceful unification. Above all, how to mission North Korean defectors who came to this land for freedom is paramount, and they must be organized and understood from a new missionary perspective. North Korean defector missionary work is a ministry that the Korean church must cooperate with patiently. To understand them, the Korean church must build trust through a missionary perspective and break down the barrier of mind toward them. Now that they have to settle down as a member of the community in Korean society and the Korean church and work hard to adapt to culture, we will also need a lot of help from each other to understand them. In these missionaries, the Korean church should study the causes of North Korean defectors' inability to adapt to Korean culture, and through them, they should spread the gospel of God to North Korea. Accordingly, it is very important to consider North Korean defectors, who are the priming water for North Korean missionary work, which is a very valuable asset for the Korean people of peaceful unification with God's soldiers who can enter North Korea and serve as a bridgehead after North Korea's reform and opening. Furthermore, the missionary perspective of North Korean defectors as a priming water for North Korean missionary work in South Korea was summarized as follows. The first is the missionary perspective of North Korean defectors who should be approached as missionary work of other cultures. The second is the missionary perspective of North Korean defectors that should be recognized as the diaspora. Since presenting such a missionary perspective for North Korean defectors is also a missionary measure for North Korean missionary work in the future, God will have to mission North Korean defectors sent to South Korea, and the Korean church will have to do missionary work for North Korea through them. I hope that such research will be an important contribution to opening up new horizons in North Korean missionary work and establishing more effective and practical missionary strategies.
