초등학생의 심리적 안녕감이 학교생활적응과 일상생활스트레스에 미치는 영향: 자아탄력성의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effect of Ego-resilience in the Effect of Elementary Students`` Psychological Well-being on Adjustment to School Life and Everyday Life Stress

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 초등학교 아동의 심리적 안녕감이 학교생활적응과 일상생활스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울지역에 소재하고 있는 초등학생 321명을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 초등학교 아동의 심리적 안녕감, 학교생활적응, 일상 생활스트레스, 자아탄력성의 상관관계 분석, 심리적 안녕감과 학교생활적응, 자아탄력성, 학교생활 적응과 자아탄력성과는 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 심리적 안녕감과 일상생활스트레스, 일상생활스트레스와 자아탄력성과는 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 안녕감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향에서는 심리적 안녕감이 높을수록 초등학생의 학교생활적응을 높게 지각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 안녕감이 일상생활스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 초등학생의 심리적 안녕감이 높을수록 일상생활스트레스를 낮게 지각하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로 초등학생의 심리적 안녕감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 자아탄력성이 부분매개 변수로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 심리적 안녕감이 일상생활스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 부(-)의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 자아탄력성이 부분매개변수로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the mediating effect of ego-resilience in the effect of elementary students`` psychological well-being on adjustment to schol life and everyday life stress. To achieve the objective, the study targeted at 321 children who were enrolled in the elementary schools located in Seoul. The study used SPSS 20.0 program to collect the data and the results of analysis are as follows. Firstly, the result of analyzing the correlation between elementary students`` psychological well-being, adjustment to school, everyday life stress, and ego-resilience shows that psychological well-being had a positive correlation with adjustment to school life and ego-resilience, and adjustment to school life also had a positive correlation with ego-resilience. There was a negative correlation between psychological well-being and everyday life stress, and also between everyday life stress and ego-resilience. Secondly, regarding the effect of psychological well-being on adjustment to school life, the result shows that as the psychological well-being was higher, the elementary students`` perception of adjustment to school life was higher. The result of examining the psychological well-being on everyday life stress shows that as the psychological well-being was higher, the elementary students`` perception of everyday life stress was lower. Lastly, the psychological well-being had a positive(+) effect on adjustment to school life, and ego-resilience was working as a partial mediating factor. The psychological well-being had a negative(-) effect on everyday life stress, and ego-resilience was working as a partial mediating factor.
