유아교사의 사고양식과 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 역할수행의 관계 = The Relationship between Teacher's Thinking Style and Their Role for Young Children's Creativity Improvement

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 연령별 학급단위에 따라 유아교사들의 사고양식과 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 역할수행 간의 관계를 알아보고자한다. D시에 소재한 유치원에 재직 중인 교사 180명을 대상으로 교사의 사고양식과 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 교사역할수행을 묻는 질문지에 응답하도록 하였다. Pearson의 적률상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 적용하여 자료를 분석하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사고양식과 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 역할수행 간에는 일부 하위요인들 간에 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 역할수행의 하위요인과 3, 4세 학급교사의 지엽적, 외부지향적 사고양식이 유의미한 정적 상관이 있으며, 추가로 4세 학급교사는 전체적 사고양식이 유의미하게 나타났다. 5세 학급교사는 외부지향적, 입법적 순으로 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 역할수행에 3, 4, 5세 학급교사의 입법적 사고양식이 공통적으로 주요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 바람직한 교사의 역할수행의 지도 방향을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship betwween teacher's thinking style and their role for young children's creativity improvement. The subjects were 180 kindergarten teachers, and the research tools utilized were teacher's thinking style test and teacher's role for young children's creativity improvement. Pearson's correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. The overall findings of this study were as follows. First, there were positive relationships between thinking style and factors by their role for young children's creativity improvement. For teachers of 4-year- olds, there was a positive relationship between their global thinking style and their role for creativity improvement. For teachers of 5-year-olds, factors such as external and legislative thinking style correlated with children's creativity improvement. Secondly, legislative thinking style of the teachers of 3-year-olds, the teachers of 4-year-olds and the teachers of 5-year-olds were main factor as impacted teacher's role for children's creativity improvement. The results of this study could give kindergarten teachers directions to improve young children's creativity.
