상담자의 불안정애착이 역전이 관리능력에 미치는 영향: 메타인지의 조절효과 = The Moderating Effect of Counselors’ Meta-Cognition on the Relationship between Unstable Attachment and Countertransference Management

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of counselors’ meta-cognition on the relationship between unstable attachment and countertransference management. Data were collected from 310 professional counselors. To analyze the data, a hierarchical regression analysis was performed. The results are as follows. First, counselors who participated in this study reported that their level of unstable attachment was rather low, and their meta-cognition and countertransference management levels were rather high. Second, significant correlations among the three variables have been found. The unstable attachment showed a significant negative correlation with countertransference management, and counselors’ meta-cognition showed a significant positive correlation. Third, the counselors’ meta-cognition showed a significant moderating effect on the relationship between unstable attachment and countertransference management. Implications of the results was discussed, and suggestions for further research are also included.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 상담자의 불안정애착이 역전이 관리능력에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 메타인지가 조절역할을 하는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 전국의 상담자 310명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 변인 간의 상관관계를 알아보고 조절효과를 분석하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에 참여한 상담자들은 자신의 불안정애착은 다소 낮다고 보고하였으며, 메타인지와 역전이 관리능력은 중간보다 높은 점수로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 각 변인 간에 유의미한 상관이 있음이 확인되었으며, 불안정애착과 메타인지는 역전이 관리능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 불안정애착과 역전이 관리능력과의 관계에서 메타인지의 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 불안정애착이 역전이 관리능력에 미치는 영향을 메타인지가 조절하는 것을 보여주는 결과로, 상담자 교육과 훈련에서 메타인지를 높이는 노력이 필요함을 시사한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의하고, 본 연구의 의의와 한계 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
