      The main purpose of this paper is to investigate semanticpragmatic properties of Chinese conjunction ‘yinwei-suoyi’. The focus of the debates is around the necessity of distinguishing between Korean sentences and Chinese sentences which express ‘Reason-Cause’. Base on the errors of korean students, I classified grammatical forms of ‘yinwei-suoyi’. This Study discussed about the usage of ‘yinwei-suoyi’ in both cases that can be omitted and cannot be omitted. This concludes that ‘yinwei-suoyi’ would be a conjuction with the syntatic function as well as with pragmatic function.
