고3 수험생의 여가·문화 행태에 관한 연구

The goal of this study was to show what the types of leisure and sports were like among senior high schoolers in Korea. The subjects of this study are the senior high school students at high schools in Incheon Metropolitan City, with 390 data used for the final analysis. The statistical methods to verify the issue of the study, such as frequency analysis, average and standard deviation verifying, multiple response analysis, crosstabs analysis, and t-test, have been applied. And also significance level of α=.05 has been applied. First, the study shows that the most frequent activities among senior high school students are amusement activities and learning activities. On the other hand, sports activities are shown to be comparatively less done. Secondly, while senior high school students spend lots of time on amusement activities and learning activities, they spend less time on sports activities. Third, senior high schoolers favor social, cultural, and sports activities for their leisure activities. Particularly, cultural activities and amusement activities are preferred by girl students, and sports activities and social activities are largely preferred by boy students. Fourth, senior high schoolers are shown to spend less than one or two hours on weekdays, more than 5 hours on Saturdays, and more than 6 hours on holidays on leisure. By and large boy students and vocational high school students are shown to spend more hours on leisure. Fifth, the study shows that senior high schoolers recognize their hours spent on leisure at a low level. Especially, girl students and general high schoolers see their leisure time insufficient. Sixth, the study shows that the satisfaction with their leisure activities is by and large low. The satisfaction with leisure activities is particularly low for girl students and general high schoolers. Seventh, their unsatisfaction with leisure activities is caused by lack of time and the feeling of unrest about the entrance exam. Especially, the study shows that the main causes are lack of time for boy students; the feeling of unrest about the entrance exam for girl students and general high schoolers; and lack of time for vocational high schoolers. Eighth, the sources of leisure activities among senior high schoolers are their friends and the internet. Ninth, their sympathy toward leisure activities is high. Especially, boy students and general high schoolers feel sympathy with the idea that more leisure activities are needed.
