충청도지역의 세입증대에 영향을 미치는 산업분석 = A Study and Analysis of Industries that Influence Revenue Increases in Chungcheong Province

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 Granger 인과관계분석과 지역산업연관분석을 통하여 충청지역의 세입증대와 지역경제활성화에 영향을 주는 산업을 선정하고자 한다. 먼저 충남과 충북의 지역별 세입과 산업의 산출액을 바탕으로 Granger 인과관계를 분석하여 세입에 영향을 주는 산업을 선별한다. 다음으로 RAS법을 이용하여 2003년의 전국산업연관표에서 도출한 2006년 전국산업연관표를 바탕으로 입지계수법을 이용하여 2006년 충남과 충북의 지역산업연관표를 작성한 후에 두 지역의 지역산업연관분석을 실시하여 각종 파급효과들이 큰 산업을 선별한다. 두 가지 방법론을 통하여 공통으로 포함된 산업을 찾아내고 그 산업을 세입을 증대시키고 지역경제활성화에 영향을 주는 산업으로 선정하였다. 충남지역에서는 가공조립형 산업이 선정되었으며, 충북지역의 경우 기초소재형 산업이 선정되었다.

The purpose of this study was to determine which industries create revenue increases and reinvigorate the local economy of the Chungcheong region. For this purpose, a Granger causal relationships analysis and regional inter-industry analysis were used.
First of all, industries that influence tax income were selected by analysing a Granger causal relationship based on regional tax income and industrial outcome.
Second, after the regional inter-industry table for Chungnam and Chungbuk provinces had been made using a location quotient (LQ) method based on the national inter-industry table of 2006, derived from the national inter-industry table of 2003 using the RAS method, a regional inter-industry analysis was conducted and industries having the greatest impact were selected.
Through these two methodologies, industries that were included in both sets of results were determined. These are the industries that increase the revenue to the greatest extent and contribute toward the reinvigoration of the regional economy.
The industries that create the greatest revenue increases are the processing assembly industry in the Chungnam region and the primary material industry in the Chungbuk region.
