청소년의 기업가적 지향성, 기업가적 역량이 기업가 희망 의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 기업에 대한 인식의 조절효과 = The Moderating Effect of the Perception of Enterprises in the Relationship between the Youth's Entrepreneurial Orientation and Entrepreneurial Competency on Entrepreneurial Hope Intentions

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 청소년의 기업가 희망 의도에 있어 기업가적 지향성, 문제해결역량 및 대인관계역량 등의 기업가적 역량이 유의한 영향을 미치는지 구명하고, 청소년이 기업에 대하여 긍정 또는 부정적으로 인식하는 것이 기업가적 지향성 및 기업가적 역량과 기업가 희망 의도 간 관계를 조절하는지 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국청소년기업가정신재단에서 제공하는 기업가정신 실태조사 자료를 활용하여 청소년 기본법 제3조에 따라 만 13세 이상 23세 이하의 청소년 1,300명을 대상으로 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가적 지향성은 기업가 희망 의도에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 기업에 대한 인식은 기업가적 지향성과 기업가 희망 의도 간 관계를 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문제해결역량은 기업가 희망 의도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 청소년의 문제해결역량과 기업가 희망 의도 간 관계에서 기업에 대한 인식의 상호작용 효과가 확인되었다. 셋째, 대인관계역량은 기업가 희망 의도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며 기업에 대한 인식이 문제해결역량과 기업가 희망 의도 간 관계보다 큰 폭으로 대인관계역량과 기업가 희망 의도 간 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 결론과 후속 연구를 위한 제언 및 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether entrepreneurial competencies such as entrepreneurial orientation, problem-solving competency, and interpersonal relationship competency have a significant effect on youth entrepreneurial hope intentions and whether youths' positive or negative perceptions of enterprises control the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial hope intention. To this end, a hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted on 1,300 youths aged 13 to 23 years old using data provided by the Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that entrepreneurial orientation had a positively significant effect on entrepreneurial hope intention and that the perception of enterprises significantly regulated the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial hope intention. Second, problem-solving competency had a positively significant effect on entrepreneurial hope intention, and the interaction effect of perception of enterprises was confirmed in the relationship between youth's problem-solving competency and entrepreneurial hope intention. Third, interpersonal competency has a positively significant effect on entrepreneurial hope intention, and the perception of the enterprises controls the relationship between interpersonal competency and entrepreneurial hope intention. Based on the research results, conclusions were drawn, and recommendations for future research and practical implications were suggested.
