경영자의 경기전망에 대한 인식이 투자의사결정에 대한 방식과 조직에 미치는 영향 = The Impact of Economic Outlook of the Manager on the Organization and Investment Decision-Making

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper studies the impact of economic outlook from management on organizational climate, and investment decision-making method, and analyzed how they affect. In particular, the degree of patience to, one of the characteristics of the ambiguity of management, whether that regulation was to study the role. The results were as follows. Whether the company’s management is do some views about the economic outlook was that it does not have a significant impact on the company’s investment decision-making. Second, the investment decision-making approach showed a statistically significant effect on the organization of both job characteristics and colleagues characteristics. Third, the economic outlook is aware of the organization’s management atmosphere, job characteristics, the effect was not statistically significant, but the organization atmosphere characteristic colleagues had significant influence. Fourth, perseverance tendency for ambiguity of managers showed that the investment decision-making does not play a regulatory role in the organization’s impact on the atmosphere. In conclusion, economic outlook awareness of managers is to spread its assessment of the executive itself economic outlook because it affects the organizational climate in the organization, more especially when the negative economic outlook is expected to be suggests should be cautious.
