전 세계적으로 대중화되고 있는 벨트구동 무단변속기는 구조가 간단하며, 유지보수가 쉽고, 가격이 저렴한 장점이 있다. 그러나, 이륜차 벨트 구동 무단변속기의 주요 문제점 중의 하나는 롤러의 마모이며 이륜차 제작사 연구진들의 공통적인 관심사는 이 롤러의 마모방지에 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로파일 반경변화와 팸프 플레이트 변화에 따른 가동 플랜지와 램프 플레이트의 반력을 해석하고, 롤러의 마모를 줄일 수 있는 구동 풀리의 개선된 설계를 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The advantages of a simpler mechanism, less maintenance and low cost may be the main reasons for the rubber V-belt driven Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT) being popular in the world. However, one of the major problems for the rubber V-belt CVT is wearing of the centrifugal roller. And many researchers have had an interest in the prevention of wear for the centrifugal roller. This paper analyzed the reaction force of the movable flange and ramp plate for profile radius alteration and ramp plate alteration. Then, this paper purposed an improved design of driving pulley for reducing the wear of the centrifugal roller.
