인터넷 상에서의 커뮤니케이션을 위한 웹 디자인 방안 연구 = User Interface 를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

20세기에 들어 라디오, TV, 컴퓨터 및 FAX등을 포함한 다양한 커뮤니케이션 기술들이 발명되고 적용되어져 왔다. 기술은 사람들의 커뮤니케이션 방법과 기업들의 비즈니스 수행 방법을 변화시키고 있다. 월드 와이드 웹은 소비자에게 또 다른 매체의 선택을 제시하고 있으며, 이러한 웹의 등장으로 개인이나 기업들은 많은 정보들을 쉽게 접할 수 있게 되었으며, 그들의 생활에 있어서 중요한 위치를 차지 하게 되었다. 이에 기존의 다른 정보매체와는 다른 디자인에 대한 접근이 필요하며 월드 와이드 웹은 제품과 서비스에 관한 다이나믹한 정보를 전달하고 그 회사와 차별화 된 상호작용을 하는 새로운 기회를 제공한다. 또한 월드 와드 웹의 상호작용과 쌍방향 구조는 사용자들이 그들의 즉각적인 필요에 따라 정보를 선택할 수 있게 한다. 애니메이션, 오디오, 비디오, 그리고 가상현실을 이용하여 정보를 제공함으로써 커뮤니케이션을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.그러나 우리는 소비자 또는 사용자가 웹을 어떻게 인지하고 어떻게 사용하는지 그리고 어떠한 웹 디자인이 가장 좋은 커뮤니케이션 효과를 제공하는지에 대해 잘 알고 있지 못하다. 따라서 웹 디자인을 하는 디자이너는 사용자와 정보를 제공하는 사이에서 효과적 커뮤니케이션을 극대화 시키는데 중점을 두어야 할 것이다.이에 본 연구에서는 커뮤니케이션의 활용으로서 웹의 특성과 인터페이스의 구체적 분석으로 웹 디자인으로서의 기능성이 감소되는 요인을 최소화 하고자 그 목적을 두었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the 20th century, a variety of communication technologies including radio, TV, computer and fax were developed and applied. Technology is changing people`s communication and business methods. The world-wide web suggests that consumers should adopt another media. With the webs, individuals and businesses alike can get an easier access to various information, and thus, webs are positioned importantly in their life. Therefore, we require an approach different from other information media, because the world-wide webs provide us with dynamic information regarding products and services. which giving us new opportunities to interact with others in different ways. The interactions and two-way structure of the world-wide web allows its users to choose the information as they need. On the other hand, the information provided by means of animation, audio, video and virtual reality helps to improve the communication more effectively. However, we do not know how consumers or users acknowledge and use the web and what web design is most effective in communications. Accordingly, the web designers should endeavor to maximize the effect of the communication between web and users. With such basic conceptions in mind, this study was aimed at analyzing the characteristics of web and interface as means of communication to find the ways to minimize the factors reducing the functions of web design.
