쓰기 효능감 및 성별 차이가 중학생의 쓰기 수행에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Writing Self-Efficacy and Gender on Writing Performance

The Effects of Writing Self-Efficacy and Gender on Writing Performance Park, Young-minKim, Sung-heeThis paper analyzed the effects of writing self-efficacy and gender on writing performance in 1st middle school students. And this paper did the effects of interactions of the tow variables. We measured the quantity and the quality of student writer's text as independent variable. This paper concluded the follows：(1) There were positive corelations of writing efficacy to the text quality and quantity. (2) The upper 30% group of writing efficacy and the lower 30% group had significant differences in the quantity and the quality of student writer's text. (3) The student writer's gender effected on significant differences in writing efficacy and the quantity and the quality of the text. This is, female student gained better points than male did. (4) For the text quality there was significant difference in only male groups of writing efficacy level, but for the quantity the differences in both male groups and female groups of its level.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

쓰기 효능감 및 성별 차이가 중학생의 쓰기 수행에 미치는 효과박영민김승희이 연구에서는 쓰기 효능감 및 성별 차이가 쓰기 수행에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 쓰기 효능감 변인과 성별 변인이 교차할 때 어떠한 영향이 있는지도 분석하고자 하였으며, 쓰기 수행은 텍스트의 질과 양으로 구분하여 측정하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 쓰기 효능감과 텍스트의 질, 쓰기 효능감과 텍스트의 양, 텍스트의 질과 양은 모두 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 쓰기 효능감의 상위 30%를 상위 집단으로, 하위 30%를 하위 집단으로 구분할 때, 상위 집단과 하위 집단 간에 텍스트의 질과 양은 모두 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 학생의 성별에 따른 쓰기 효능감의 차이, 텍스트의 질과 양의 차이는 유의미한 것으로 분석되었다. 여학생이 남학생보다 쓰기 효능감, 텍스트의 질, 텍스트의 양이 모두 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 쓰기 효능감의 수준과 남녀 변인의 상호작용에서, 텍스트의 질에 대해서는 남학생 집단 중 쓰기 효능감이 높은 집단과 낮은 집단은 유의한 차이가 발견되었으나, 여학생 집단은 차이가 없었다. 그러나 텍스트의 양에 대해서는 남학생과 여학생 모두 쓰기 효능감이 높은 집단이 더 길게 쓴 것으로 분석되었다.
