'중국적 사유화'의 역사적 경로와 함의 = Historical Path and Implication of 'Chinese Privatization'

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Taken privatization in China as a whole, in the mid-1990s, as there is a clear difference between the earlier and later. While the privatization in the mid-1990s before is the 'informal privatization' that allows the nourishment of private sector without undermining the basic framework of socialist ownership, from the mid-1990s as turning point it have occurred 'formal privatization' of denationalization that property rights transfer from the state to private entities.

However, the most important feature of the ‘Chinese Privatization' is the characteristic referred to as ‘privatization with order’, that means partial denationalization but maintenance of public ownership sector under the governed market system. In addition, the feature is expected to be sustainable, because China still tries to keep the socialist identity.
