Low-energy buildings can be realized from the sectors: building, machinery and facilities, electrical facilities, and renewable energy. Building sector can be approached from the design stage and it reflects energy-saving factors and shielding coefficient to the plan to prevent the heat loss from windows, walls, roofs, and floors. To this end, this study has set heat transmission coefficient of walls, heat transmission coefficient of windows, solar radiation transmission coefficient, percentage of window area, and density of lighting energy; performed simulations based on the standards of low-energy buildings established on 6 buildings whose energy efficiency rating was completed; and then calculated energy consumption.
