인권측면에서 노인수용자교정사역의 방향 = A study on the Relationship between Social Welfare and Ethics

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기독교의 이념을 믿거나 믿으려는 노인수용자는 중년수용자 등과 다른 맥락과 니즈 및 특성이 있음에도 기존의 교정사역프로그램은 그런 점이 반영되지 않고 있으며 노인수용자교정사역프로그램은 일반수용자를 대상으로 하는 교정사역프로그램의 하나로만 취급되어 노인교정사역프로그램의 독특한 정체성이 없다. 그 결과 사실상 노인수용자는 종교적 권리의 실현에서 사실상 소외되어 왔으며 교정사역의 전시효과적인 관료적 상품화로 된 측면이 강했다. 교정사역에 관한 대부분의 선행연구들도 노인수용자의 특성과 맥락을 고려하지 않고 일반수용자의 교정사역프로그램에 포함시켜 획일화하고 있으며 보수적이고 미시적 접근으로만 일관하여 인권적 측면과 에큐메니컬교정사역 등 진보적이고 거시적 측면이 부족하며 동시에 교정선교의 과학화도 부족하다. 따라서 여기에서는 선행연구들의 문제점을 보완하고 노인수용자교정사역의 특징과 문제점을 유사사역과의 비교를 통하여 인권적 측면에서 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다.그런 맥락에서 노인수용자교정사역의 개별화와 인권화를 위해서는 치료사법적 교정사역을 제시하였으며 치료사법적 교정사역의 내용을 미시적 측면과 거시적 측면으로 나누어 독창적으로 서술하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Although elderly inmates in korean prisons have different characteristics and contents, needs from middle-aged inmates, the existing correctional service programs do not reflect those aspects in missinary correctional services in prison. The correctional missionary service programs for elderly inmates is not unique to missionary work in prison as it is treated as one of the general missionary correctional service programs in korean prison. The elderly inmates have been virtually alienated from the realization of religious rights in prison and have been a strong aspect of commercialization of missionary correctional services. Many precedence studies in missionary correctional service programs also uniformed including in the general inmates correctional service program and focused on conservative and micro approaches without considering the characteristics of elderly inmates in prison and there is a lack of progressive including human rights in religious aspects and macro aspects such as the ecumenical correctional aspects and the scientificization of missionary work. I supplemented the problems of prior studies and suggested a direction for human rights in missionary correctional program for elderly inmates in prison. After complementing the problems of prior studies and comparing the characteristics and problems of the missionary correctional service for the elderly with similar missinary correctional services in prison. Based on that context of the missionary correctional service for the elderly inmates in prison, I proposed a therapeutic justice missinary correctional service for the individualization and human rights of missinary correctional services in prison. Therefore, I described the directions of a therapeutic justice missionary correctional service for the individualization and human rights of missionary correctional services in micro and macroscopic aspects.
