국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 베이비붐 세대의 사회관계망과 활동적 노화 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울·경기지역 및 6대 광역시에 거주하는 베이비붐 세대를 대상으로 온라인 설문을 통해 총 400명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해서 PROCESS Macro를 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 베이비붐 세대의 사회관계망은 활동적 노화에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 베이비붐 세대의 사회관계망은 긍정심리자본에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본이 활동적 노화에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 베이비붐 세대의 사회관계망은 긍정심리자본을 매개로 활동적 노화에 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점을 논의하고 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

This study aimed to verify the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between social networks and active aging in the baby boom generation. To this end, data from a total of 400 people were used for the final analysis through an online survey targeting the baby boom generation residing in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and six major metropolitan cities. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26.0 program, and PROCESS Macro was used to verify the mediating effect. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the social network of the baby boom generation has a positive (+) effect on active aging. Second, it was confirmed that the social network of the baby boom generation had a positive effect on positive psychological capital. Third, it was confirmed that positive psychological capital had a positive (+) effect on active aging. Fourth, it was confirmed that the social network of the baby boom generation has a partial mediating effect on active aging through positive psychological capital. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed, and future research was suggested.
