원직장복귀 산재근로자의 삶의 질에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Quality of Life of Industrial Workers Returning to Workplaces

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study derives related variables from the perspective of quality of life and analyzes the relationship between the major variables in order to explore the variables related to the return to daily life of the original workplace returnees through the data of the second 5th year (2022) of the Industrial Accident Insurance Panel Survey. Among the survey subjects, 524 returnees were analyzed, and the structural relationship was verified centering on the variables of daily life difficulty, psychological health, job satisfaction, and subjective well-being. As a result of the analysis, it was found that daily life difficulty had a statistically significant effect on psychological health and job satisfaction. Psychological health was found to have a direct effect on job satisfaction and subjective well-being, and job satisfaction had a direct effect on subjective well-being. However, daily life difficulty did not directly affect subjective well-being, and the dual mediating effect of psychological health and job satisfaction was found to be significant between daily life difficulty and subjective well-being. Measures to improve the quality of life, such as physical, psychological health, and job satisfaction of original workers, were discussed.
