This survey is a study in regard to the matters on the educational excutions between he-teacher and she-teacher.
The purporses of this survey are to elucidate whether it is necessary or not to define the fixed number of he-teacher and she-teacher in the elementary school and to suggest some of the informations which are necessary to solve the female teachers' problems in carrying out their educational duties.
The objects of this survey are the pupils, teachers, and principals in the elementary schools, and some of the school commissioners, and the pupils' parents.
The method of this study is the calculation and analysis of the statistical year book of education and the tool used in this study is the questionnaire,
Derived suggestions are as follows;
1) Because there are some differences between he-teacher and she-teacher in carrying out the educational duties, for the equivalent development of the primary education, it is desirable to fix the number of teachers separately between he-teacher and she-teacher.
2) The authorities of the Education Ministry should be taken the great interest in the fixed number between he-teacher and she-teacher in the elementary schools.
3) The fixed number for the matriculation of Junior Teachers' College students should be defined particularly and the desirable ratio between male and female students is 50 to 50
4) In order to employ themselves in doing educational services for a long time, the working conditions should be improved for the female teachers.
5) Female teachers have to make more efforts and assume more positive attitudes in carrying out: their duties.
6) On the part of the school administrators and the male teachers, they have to take more positive and, cooperative attitudes to the female teachers.
