농촌계획에서 내발적 발전전략의 실천과제 : 무주군 내도권역 농촌마을종합개발사업을 사례로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

There are two theories referring to the rural development. The one is endogenous one, the other is exogenous.
Since approximately 10 years ago, the endogenous strategy is used to development rural areas in korea, where one or more villages is gathered to increase their incomes not agricultural products but other method especially green tourism. To apply this strategy, the government has encouraged farmers themselves to make project plan. However, even though the government invested the huge budget to rural area, it is a pity to be in vain.
On this study, we examine the theory of endogenous development and draw the estimated key items. Also we review the process and causes of planning for specific villages of integrated rural village development(IRVD) in MuJugun county.
We will analyze this area classified in five steps of project. Those are pre-planning, planning, execution drawing, enforcement, operation & maintenance steps.
We can summarize this study such as. The village(s) of project is chose from one of villages experiencing other project. We can improve the people in this village from this. Additionally, we must praise the new business and new approach like networking villagers and experts.
