      本硏究は、韓國人日本語學習者2名を對象に學習者の漢字學習經驗に起因するビリ一フや學習ストラテジ一等について分析、考察した事例硏究である。具體的には、學習者のこれまでの漢字學習についてエピソ一ド·インタビュ一を用いて得られた發話資料をもとに分析、考察を行った。倂せてPAC分析を用いて學習者の漢字學習に對するビリ一フを探り、エピソ一ド·インタビュ一の發話資料とともに檢討した。なお、調査協力者は大學で日本語を專攻し、JLPT N1を取得、卒業した學習者である。 分析の結果、漢字學習に對して學習者は「暗記」という意識が强く、そのためには「書く·見る」という傳統的な學習ストラテジ一を中心に使用していることが明らかになった。この結果は先行硏究での指摘と一致しているが、一方で、韓國の學習者がよく使うとされる「單漢字の讀み方を覺える」「1つの漢字から語彙を擴張していく」というストラテジ一は2人とも使用してないことがわかった。また、韓國では學習者が「漢字を描く·漢字は繪だ」という表現をしばしば用いており、それについて否定的な評價がなされている。しかし、このような表現は、學習者が漢字學習に對して否定的な感情を持っている故に使用されるという面だけではなく、記憶ストラテジ一として使用している時にも使われる可能性が推察された。

      This is a case study that has analyzed and discussed the beliefs and learning strategies, etc. of 2 Korean Japanese learners upon their experiences of Kanji learning. Specifically, Kanji learning of the 2 learners have been analyzed and studied on the basis of the speech materials obtained through episodic interview. Also, beliefs of the Kanji learners were explored using PAC analysis and discussed together with the speech materials. In addition, the research collaborators are graduated learners who used to major in Japanese at the university and have passed through JLPT N1. As the result of the analysis, it was clarified that learners had strong consciousness of "memorization" upon Kanji learning and traditional learning strategies such as "writing and looking" were mainly used. This result is consistent with what was pointed out in the previous studies, but it was found that the strategy of "remembering the pronunciation of single characters" and "extending words from one single character" was not used by both of them though it was said to be something frequently used by Korean learners. In addition, the expression of "drawing Kanji characters and Kanji is a kind of picture" can often be observed from Korean learners and negative evaluation has been made about it. However, such expression is not only used when learners have negative feelings towards Kanji learning, and it can also be considered as a kind of memory strategy at times.
